Several shingles were missing so he and one of his crew replaced the shingles and noticed while they were up there that the sealant surrounding our A/C unit was dried and cracked which could potentially be a problem in the near future. They immediately took action, re-sealed it and also took the time to replace some other shingles that were damaged by the sun and typical Arizona weather.
